How does the 14-day free trial work?+
Every new account — driver and shipper — gets a 14-day free trial with full access to the marketplace. No credit card is required to start the trial; we only ask for payment if you decide to continue after your trial ends.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?+
No. You can create an account, browse the load board, and build your profile with no card on file. A card is only collected when you subscribe after your trial.
What happens when my trial ends?+
You can keep browsing the load board for free. Shippers need an active subscription to post a new load or route listing, and drivers need an active subscription to book a load — both show a simple upgrade prompt right where you'd take that action.
Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from your Billing page whenever you like — you'll keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, with no long-term contract.
